C&#8217;est la condition pour avoir un beurre ferme, gras et go\u00fbteux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La pur\u00e9e d&#8217;amandes<\/strong> est\u00a0une\u00a0source de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, de vitamine\u00a0E,\u00a0de magn\u00e9sium,\u00a0de mangan\u00e8se,\u00a0de cuivre\u2026. La pur\u00e9e d\u2019amande a\u00a0un potentiel alcalinisant fort.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La pur\u00e9e de cajou<\/strong> a une teneur plus faible en prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et en fibres que la pur\u00e9e d\u2019amande, mais elle est riche en\u00a0cuivre, en magn\u00e9sium\u00a0et\u00a0en phosphore. Les Noix de cajou sont riches en vitamines K et E. Son potentiel antioxydant est int\u00e9ressant et sa teneur en phytost\u00e9rols \u00e9galement. <em>\u00a0(La pur\u00e9e de\u00a0noix de cajou peut parfois \u00a0provoquer des r\u00e9actions chez les personnes allergiques aux arachides.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Puis j&#8217;ajoute :<\/p>\n<p><strong>La levure malt\u00e9e, <\/strong>elleconstitue un remarquable compl\u00e9ment alimentaire naturel.
