Flamb\u00e9 au Cognac, doucement relev\u00e9 par l&#8217;incontournable m\u00e9lange appel\u00e9 &#8220;\u00c9pices de No\u00ebl&#8221; : Cannelle, girofle, Badiane ou anis \u00e9toil\u00e9&#8230;. J&#8217;ajoute du <strong>poivre de Sichuan<\/strong>, pour la notre poivr\u00e9e mais qui reste dans les saveurs d&#8217;agrumes.
