Vous allez adorer cette tarte fa\u00e7on Tatin, aux 2 oignons !<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Comment est n\u00e9e la Tarte Tatin<\/h2>\n<p>Tout le monde connait l&#8217;histoire de la tarte Tatin ! Replongeons-nous dans le contexte&#8230; Nous sommes en Sologne, \u00e0 la fin du XIX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. St\u00e9phanie et Caroline officient dans leur h\u00f4tel, et sont c\u00e9l\u00e8bres pour leur cuisine&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Je vous livre la version du Chef cuisinier R\u00e9gis :<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Un jour de grande affluence, l&#8217;une des soeurs a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 sa tarte aux pommes en oubliant la p\u00e2te.<br \/>\nEnfourn\u00e9es, les pommes ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 cuire. S&#8217;apercevant de son erreur un peu tard, elle recouvre les pommes de p\u00e2te et remet au four.
