Cette habitude existe encore dans certaines campagnes o\u00f9 le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur n&#8217;est toujours pas la norme.<\/p>\n<p>Introduit en Occident \u00e0 la fin du XIXe si\u00e8cle, le chou chinois s&#8217;est r\u00e9cemment acquis une excellente r\u00e9putation partout dans le monde occidental en raison de sa valeur nutritive, de ses rendements et du fait que sa p\u00e9riode de production est relativement courte (50 \u00e0 60 jours pour les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s h\u00e2tives).<\/p>\n<p>Je le cultive dans mon potager !
