Voici celle que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re : une <strong>boisson chaude indienne<\/strong>, Le th\u00e9 cha\u00ef aux \u00e9pices, au lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal !<\/p>\n<p>Et comme moi, vous deviendrez assez vite accro&#8230; Mais vous \u00eates pr\u00e9venu.e.s<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Du th\u00e9 noir, pour un th\u00e9 cha\u00ef<\/h2>\n<p>Le<strong> th\u00e9 chai<\/strong> est traditionnellement compos\u00e9 d&#8217;une base de th\u00e9 noir et d\u2019\u00e9pices comme la <strong>cardamome<\/strong>, la <strong>cannelle<\/strong>, <strong>l\u2019anis \u00e9toil\u00e9<\/strong>, le <strong>clou de girofle<\/strong>, le <strong>fenouil<\/strong>, le <strong>gingembre<\/strong> et le <strong>poivre<\/strong>. R\u00e9gion la plus productrice de th\u00e9 au monde. D\u2019avril \u00e0 septembre la mousson\u00a0donne \u00e0 la vall\u00e9e d\u2019Assam\u00a0les caract\u00e9ristiques d\u2019une grande serre naturelle.<\/p>\n<p>Les th\u00e9s sont cors\u00e9s, g\u00e9n\u00e9reux au go\u00fbt franc, s\u2019accommodant parfaitement d\u2019un nuage de lait.<\/p>\n<p>Y sont ajout\u00e9es les \u00e9pices suivantes : cannelle, cardamome, gingembre, fenouil, girofle et anis.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que vous aurez go\u00fbt\u00e9 \u00e0 une tasse de th\u00e9 Chai, soyez s\u00fbr que vous deviendrez d\u00e9pendant tr\u00e8s rapidement !<\/p>\n<p>Le plaisir de le consommer est immense. C\u2019est d\u00e9licieux et r\u00e9confortant\u2026..<\/p>\n<p>Le th\u00e9 Chai aide la digestion et au m\u00e9tabolisme du corps gr\u00e2ce aux\u00a0clous de girofle et au poivre noir. La cannelle soulage les maux d\u2019estomac.<\/p>\n<p>Je r\u00e9alise ma recette avec un lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal maison, mais n&#8217;importe quel lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal du commerce convient&#8230;. Les noix de cajou broy\u00e9es finement ne laissent pas d&#8217;okara. (L&#8217;okara est le r\u00e9sidu qui reste lorsqu&#8217;on fait du lait de soja ou d&#8217;amande par exemple).<\/p>\n<p>Il suffit de mettre les noix \u00e0 tremper \u00e0 l&#8217;avance, 1 tasse (soit 120 g), 6 heures \u00e9tant l&#8217;id\u00e9al. Les rincer, et les mettre dans un blender avec 50 cl d&#8217;eau filtr\u00e9e et une pinc\u00e9e de sel. Mixer. Remettre 25 cl d&#8217;eau et mixer de nouveau. c&#8217;est pr\u00eat !<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Comment pr\u00e9parer son Cha\u00ef tea latte v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/h2>\n<p>Tout d&#8217;abord, parlons de l&#8217;eau. J&#8217;utilise de l&#8217;eau filtr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Je mets 2 c \u00e0 Soupe de th\u00e9 pour l&#8217;infusion ! Je l&#8217;aime un peu cors\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ma recette, je donne en proportions : 50 cl d&#8217;eau, et 50 cl de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n<p>Mais <strong>on peut ajuster ces proportions en fonction de ses go\u00fbts personnels<\/strong>&#8230;. Un th\u00e9 plus cr\u00e9meux ? 30 cl d&#8217;eau et 70 cl de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal&#8230;.
