La consommation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de ce l\u00e9gume nous apporte une quantit\u00e9 importante de vitamines (A, B, C, E), min\u00e9raux et antioxydants, alors que sa valeur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est faible en calorie (100 grammes de carottes ne contiennent que 33 kilo calories&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Elle contient des b\u00eata-carot\u00e8nes, de la vitamine A et de la carot\u00e8ne alpha, ce qui en fait<strong>\u00a0un atout cl\u00e9 pour notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire<\/strong>. Les b\u00eata-carot\u00e8nes sont des antioxydants, qui donnent sa couleur \u00e0 ce l\u00e9gume unique et qui, ing\u00e9r\u00e9s par le foie, se transforment en vitamine A.<\/p>\n<p>En
