Il y a 2 possibilit\u00e9s pour cette recette :\u00a0extr\u00eamement rapide en utilisant une boite de conserve de lentilles au naturel, ou un peu plus longue en pr\u00e9parant soi-m\u00eame les recette, c&#8217;est la <strong>rapidit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>, pour un <strong>plat tr\u00e8s original<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>On peut tout avoir dans son placard :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les bio),<\/li>\n<li>le bouillon cube&#8230;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une visite impromptue ? on peut se faire une bonne soupe ou une entr\u00e9e chaude accompagn\u00e9e d&#8217;un <strong>Sylvaner<\/strong> ou d&#8217;un <strong>Pinot blanc, <\/strong>disponible aussi dans la petite r\u00e9serve \u00e0 vins&#8230;&#8230;..<\/p>\n<h2>Le tofu Creveganette de Lord of tofu<\/h2>\n<p>C&#8217;est le<strong> tofu n&#8217;ai pas de Lord of tofu&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Sinon, le <strong>Tofu soyeux<\/strong> fera parfaitement l&#8217;affaire, dans ce cas, on le coupe en petits cubes et on le met au dernier moment dans
