Et l\u00e0, j&#8217;ai vu sur la carte :\u00a0<strong>DATTAN SOBACHA : infusion aux graines de sarrasin dattan grill\u00e9es. <\/strong><em>(Sarrasin de\u00a0tartarie) <\/em>et c&#8217;est ce que j&#8217;ai choisi !<\/p>\n<p>Du <strong>japonais soba<\/strong> -sarrasin et <strong>cha<\/strong> -th\u00e9, le <strong>sobacha<\/strong> est une infusion \u00e0 base de <strong>graines de sarrasin l\u00e9g\u00e8rement grill\u00e9es ou torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es<\/strong>. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une boisson tr\u00e8s riche en fibres, en vitamines et en antioxydants qui peut \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9e chaude ou froide, matin ou soir.<\/p>\n<p>Le sarrasin est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 tort &#8220;bl\u00e9 noir&#8221;, car ce n&#8217;est pas une c\u00e9r\u00e9ale ! Il fait partie de la famille de la rhubarbe et de l&#8217;oseille&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 bienfaits, la liste est longue ! De l&#8217;<strong>eau filtr\u00e9e<\/strong>, port\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. On verse directement sur <strong>1 c \u00e0 soupe de graines<\/strong> d\u00e9pos\u00e9es dans la tasse. on laisse infuser&#8230; le plaisir a d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<h2>Quelles graines utiliser<\/h2>\n<p>Le choix des graines m\u00e9rite toute notre attention. Certaines personnes torr\u00e9fient elles-m\u00eames leur sarrasin pour en faire le Kasha qui fera leur infusion. C&#8217;est possible. C&#8217;est celui que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re !<\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates \u00e0 la recherche d&#8217;une boisson saine et facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, le <strong>sobacha<\/strong>\u00a0va vous s\u00e9duire !<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Un <strong>moment gourmand<\/strong> \u00e0 savourer tranquillement. On boit l&#8217;infusion, et ensuite <strong>on grignote les graines moelleuses<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Les bienfaits du Sobacha<\/h2>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa forte teneur en <strong>rutine,<\/strong> un flavono\u00efde puissant qui potentialise la vitamine C, il se r\u00e9v\u00e8le excellent pour am\u00e9liorer la <b>circulation sanguine.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Il est d\u00e9salt\u00e9rant et ne pr\u00e9sente pas d\u2019amertume m\u00eame s&#8217;il est infus\u00e9 longtemps !
