Addiction en vue !<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">Traditionnellement, le\u00a0<\/span><b>cake<\/b>\u00a0&#8211; ou<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>g\u00e2teau aux fruits<\/b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>au<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>Qu\u00e9bec &#8211;\u00a0<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0est un g\u00e2teau de forme rectangulaire, contenant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des raisins secs et des fruits confits&#8230; On sert ce g\u00e2teau en tranches, il est parfait pour accompagner le caf\u00e9 des fins de repas ou les go\u00fbters gourmands&#8230;. Le mot cake s&#8217;est \u00e9tendu au g\u00e2teau sal\u00e9 de la m\u00eame forme, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec des l\u00e9gumes et\/ou des olives, on parle alors de cake sal\u00e9.<\/span><sup id=\"cite_ref-1\" class=\"reference\">\u00a0<\/sup><\/p>\n<h2>La courgette en p\u00e2tisserie ?<\/h2>\n<p>Ce fruit, car la courgette n\u2019est pas un l\u00e9gume, est utilis\u00e9 dans de nombreuses recettes de p\u00e2tisserie pour son effet onctueux et son faible apport en calories. <strong>Faible apport en calories<\/strong> ?
