Elle constitue une bonne source de min\u00e9raux, notamment de s\u00e9l\u00e9nium et de vitamine B9 ou acide folique.\u00a0Elle apporte \u00e9galement de la <strong>vitamine C<\/strong> et un peu de <strong>provitamines A<\/strong>.
