Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer ajouter de l&#8217;huile de noisette !&#8230;.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Velout\u00e9 de chou-rave<\/strong> : 1 oignon, 1 \u00e9chalote, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Et en gratin, v\u00e9g\u00e9tal ?<\/h2>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re les pommes de terre. Pr\u00e9parer de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re le velout\u00e9, en le faisant plus \u00e9pais, proche de la pur\u00e9e. \u00c9taler ensuite la pur\u00e9e dans le plat de cuisson des pommes de terre, et nicher les pommes de terre dedans.
