Ce que j&#8217;aime pardessus tout, c&#8217;est sublimer une recette simple, pour en faire un plat de f\u00eate, car chaque repas devrait \u00eatre une f\u00eate&#8230;.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e8s peu d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients sont n\u00e9cessaires pour faire ce potage et aucune qualification requise ! C&#8217;est du basique :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong> eau + c\u00e9leri + pomme + sel + poivre&#8230; Cuisson, mixage&#8230;. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce potage va pourtant faire une belle entr\u00e9e sur votre table gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la brunoise de pomme caram\u00e9lis\u00e9e&#8230;. Il est diur\u00e9tique, c&#8217;est aussi l&#8217;un des aliments les moins caloriques qui soient. Un autre atout : sa richesse en antioxydants.<\/p>\n<p>Le<strong> c\u00e9leri <\/strong>en renferme plusieurs\u00a0<strong>\u202f<\/strong>: de la <strong>lut\u00e9ine<\/strong>, du <strong>b\u00eatacarot\u00e8ne<\/strong>, des <strong>flavono\u00efdes<\/strong>\u2026 Ces antioxydants ont diverses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s : certains sont anti-inflammatoires, d\u2019autres sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 des yeux ou de la peau\u2026 En consommer permet d\u2019aider l\u2019organisme \u00e0 se prot\u00e9ger des radicaux libres pouvant endommager les cellules de l\u2019organisme.<\/p>\n<p>Le c\u00e9leri apporte entre 15 et 18\u202f% des besoins quotidiens en <strong>potassium<\/strong>. Ce min\u00e9ral favorise l\u2019\u00e9limination des toxines par les reins, il limite \u00e9galement la<strong> r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau\u00a0<\/strong>et donc la formation de cellulite.<\/p>\n<p>Le c\u00e9leri-rave s\u2019ach\u00e8te avec ou sans feuilles. Le tubercule doit \u00eatre ferme et sec. S\u2019il a encore ses feuilles, elles doivent \u00eatre d\u2019un beau vert frais. N\u2019achetez pas un tubercule avec trop de racines ou des feuilles ab\u00eem\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Un bon c\u00e9leri-rave est lourd. Tapotez-le, et assurez-vous qu\u2019il ne sonne pas creux.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comment cuisiner le c\u00e9leri-rave<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Comptez 200 \u00e0 250 grammes par personne pour du c\u00e9leri-rave cuit. Cru, 100 grammes suffisent.<\/p>\n<p>Il est fort en go\u00fbt, ce qui permet de multiples d\u00e9clinaisons en cuisine. Il peut s\u2019associer \u00e0 de nombreux autres l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cru en salade<\/strong>, on le retrouve le plus souvent en r\u00e9moulade, mais le c\u00e9leri-rave peut \u00e9galement se consommer <strong>cuit :<\/strong>\u00a0en gratin ou en pur\u00e9e, frit ou saut\u00e9, en potage&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>J&#8217;aime particuli\u00e8rement les frites de c\u00e9leri rave ! un r\u00e9gal !<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Information allergie !<\/h2>\n<p><strong>L\u2019allergie au c\u00e9leri<\/strong> est courante et touche essentiellement les adultes.
