Il est complet, tr\u00e8s rassasiant et tellement gourmand ! Sans gluten et vegan, je ne m&#8217;en prive donc pas ! ! !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est une recette tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, et on peut avoir tous les ingr\u00e9dients sous la main pour la r\u00e9aliser en toute derni\u00e8re minute&#8230; C&#8217;est une recette id\u00e9ale si on est seul.e, ou deux&#8230; Les petits app\u00e9tits se partageront la galette, et les gros app\u00e9tits en feront deux ! ! !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La galette de sarrasin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La culture du bl\u00e9 noir, ou sarrasin, se d\u00e9veloppe \u00e0 partir du XVI\u00e8me si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La galette de sarrasin&nbsp;est attest\u00e9e d\u00e8s le Moyen \u00c2ge. Elle se mange \u00e0 la main ou tremp\u00e9e dans la soupe pour l&#8217;\u00e9paissir. Sa p\u00e2te sert aussi \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de bouillies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La version sucr\u00e9e, au froment, n\u2019apparaissait qu&#8217;\u00e0 la fin du XIX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, le  prix de la farine de froment \u00e9tant plus \u00e9lev\u00e9&#8230;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Au milieu du XX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, l&#8217;\u00e9migration de nombreux Bretons fait \u00e9clore des cr\u00eaperies bretonnes en France et notamment \u00e0 Paris dans le quartier de Montparnasse, mais aussi dans de nombreux pays \u00e0 travers le monde&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe ainsi deux cr\u00eapes traditionnelles en Basse Bretagne :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00e0 la farine de froment (en breton&nbsp;:&nbsp;<em>bleud gwinizh<\/em>). La p\u00e2te traditionnelle se compose d&#8217;\u0153ufs, de farine, de sucre et de lait, \u00e9ventuellement parfum\u00e9e (zestes d&#8217;orange, alcool, etc.)&nbsp;; elle se mange g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sucr\u00e9e&nbsp;;<\/li><li>\u00e0 la farine de bl\u00e9 noir ou sarrasin (en breton&nbsp;:&nbsp;<em>bleud ed-du<\/em>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<em>bleud gwiniz-du<\/em>). La p\u00e2te traditionnelle se compose de farine de bl\u00e9 noir, parfois coup\u00e9e avec un maximum de 30&nbsp;% de farine de froment, du sel et de l&#8217;eau, elle se mange usuellement sal\u00e9e
