Les terrines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, l&#8217;une comme une terrine de campagne, vraiment bluffante, et l&#8217;autre comme un fromage&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces deux recettes tant publi\u00e9es pendant le confinement historique d\u00e9cid\u00e9 pour faire face \u00e0 la crise du Coronavirus, j&#8217;ai tr\u00e8s envie de vous dire :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Salut les confin\u00e9s ! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&#8217;esp\u00e8re que vous vous portez bien et que vous pourrez vous divertir en cuisinant autre chose que des p\u00e2tes ! &#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avec du tofu lacto-ferment\u00e9&#8230;.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qu&#8217;est-ce que c&#8217;est que le tofu facto-ferment\u00e9 ? Il contient du lait ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le tofu <strong>lacto-ferment\u00e9 nature <\/strong>est une fabrication \u00e0 base de tofu inspir\u00e9e des technologies fromag\u00e8res traditionnelles. Il est obtenu&nbsp;<strong>par lactofermentation&nbsp;en ensemen\u00e7ant du tofu&nbsp;avec des bact\u00e9ries lactiques s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es<\/strong>. Apr\u00e8s cela, il est ensuite sal\u00e9 puis affin\u00e9. Son go\u00fbt, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acidul\u00e9, est bien plus prononc\u00e9 que celui du tofu classique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il ne contient pas de lait ! Leur go\u00fbt subtil m&#8217;a imm\u00e9diatement s\u00e9duite&#8230; Mais le tofu est d\u00e9pourvu de mati\u00e8res grasses, il est friable. les tables fran\u00e7aises, on le trouve en bocal, pr\u00e9par\u00e9 comme les c\u00e2pres et les cornichons, ou au d\u00e9tail, sur les march\u00e9s, chez les marchands d\u2019olives.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
