Sa <strong>saveur subtile et d\u00e9licate<\/strong> agr\u00e9mente \u00e0 merveille les soupes et les salades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le poireau est riche en fibres, il est rassasiant tout en \u00e9tant l\u00e9ger ! Il est diur\u00e9tique et bien pourvu en vitamines, dont la B9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le poireau a l\u2019avantage de poss\u00e9der de&nbsp;<strong>nombreux atouts sant\u00e9,<\/strong> il a aussi pour avantage d\u2019\u00eatre<strong>&nbsp;peu on\u00e9reux<\/strong>&nbsp;et d\u2019\u00eatre disponible sur les \u00e9tales toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e. <em>Attention au printemps aux poireaux dont le coeur se durcit car il commence \u00e0 monter en graine&#8230;.<\/em><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans la vid\u00e9o, je vous livre la recette de base, que l\u2019on peut agr\u00e9menter selon sa fantaisie &#8230; On peut ajouter une fricass\u00e9e de champignons sur l\u2019omelette au moment de la plier, ou une po\u00eal\u00e9e d\u2019oignons
