Ma grand-tante me servait un grand bol de chocolat Van Houten, et ouvrait un immense placard en ch\u00eane, sortait un pot recouvert de cellophane, enlevait une \u00e9paisseur de paraffine blanche, et me tendait le pot&#8230; Je n&#8217;oublierai jamais cette saveur de rhubarbe accompagn\u00e9e de cacao noir&#8230;. Pour appr\u00e9cier ses authentiques saveurs sans grimacer, mieux vaut canaliser cette acidit\u00e9. D\u00e9couvrez comment proc\u00e9der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plut\u00f4t press\u00e9e ? Pas de probl\u00e8me&nbsp;! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vous pouvez mettre vos morceaux de rhubarbe \u00e0 tremper dans de l&#8217;eau froide additionn\u00e9e \u00e0 une cuiller\u00e9e de&nbsp;bicarbonate de soude, pendant 40&nbsp;minutes environ. <\/li><li>On peut \u00e9galement faire blanchir les tiges de rhubarbe quelques minutes \u00e0 l&#8217;eau bouillante. Pr\u00e9par\u00e9e en compote, elle constitue un laxatif efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle est aussi \u00e0 essayer <strong>crue<\/strong>, en petits morceaux, <strong>\u00e0 la croque au sel<\/strong> (ou au sucre !).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On peut aussi simplement la po\u00ealer avec une noisette de beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, la poivrer ou caram\u00e9liser avec du sirop d&#8217;agave ou d&#8217;\u00e9rable.
