L&#8217;aubergine contient de la saponine, ce qui emp\u00eache en plus l&#8217;absorption des graisses et combat la cellulite. Mangeons des aubergines, c&#8217;est bon pour notre ligne\u00a0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bien choisir son aubergine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa peau doit \u00eatre lisse et brillante, les s\u00e9pales doivent \u00eatre bien verts et \u00e9pineux, et adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 la peau de l&#8217;aubergine. Sa peau est frip\u00e9e ? Sa couleur est mate et tire sur le brun ? Elle risque d\u2019\u00eatre am\u00e8re, fibreuse et de contenir beaucoup de graines. Ne pas acheter !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mimagusta.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/aubergines.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2922\" width=\"590\" height=\"442\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa taille varie du petit pois au melon, et sa couleur, du blanc au pourpre, en passant par le vert, le jaune et l&#8217;orange selon sa vari\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conserver son aubergine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La consommer le plus rapidement possible apr\u00e8s l&#8217;achat. Si n\u00e9cessaire, elle pourra se conserver une ou deux semaines dans le bac \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Mais l&#8217;aubergine n&#8217;aime pas le froid !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au cong\u00e9lateur : Laver, peler (ou pas) et couper en tranches d\u2019un centim\u00e8tre d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur environ. Blanchir quatre minutes dans de l&#8217;eau \u00e0 laquelle on aura ajout\u00e9 un peu de jus de citron. Refroidir, \u00e9goutter et mettre dans des sacs herm\u00e9tiques au cong\u00e9lateur, en glissant un morceau de papier cir\u00e9 entre les tranches. Elle s\u2019y conservera huit \u00e0 dix mois. Cuire sans d\u00e9congeler.
