On peut le consommer \u00e9galement dans certains pays d\u2019Afrique, au Canada, en Australie et au Mexique. Il repr\u00e9sente une grande partie de la production mondiale (85%).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>le&nbsp;<strong>pois chiche Kabuli<\/strong>&nbsp;(ou&nbsp;<strong>Garbanzo<\/strong>) : il est surtout cultiv\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion du nord de l\u2019Afrique. En Europe, on consomme principalement cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La&nbsp;<strong>farine de pois chiche<\/strong>&nbsp;est utilis\u00e9e dans quelques plats typiques. Comme dans la <strong>socca<\/strong>, qui est une sorte de cr\u00eape \u00e0 base de farine de pois chiche. La <strong>panisse<\/strong>, plat traditionnel de Nice, utilise aussi cette farine.
