Il est bien d\u2019en consommer souvent, cru ou cuit. Il permet d\u2019avoir une bonne digestion. C\u2019est une source importante d&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ments anti-oxydants connus pour leurs effets anti-vieillissement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le radis blanc, cousin du radis noir, a des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antibact\u00e9riennes et antivirales. Les Asiatiques ont l&#8217;habitude de le pr\u00e9parer en jus. Il permet de&nbsp;<strong>lutter contre les probl\u00e8mes respiratoires<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le radis blanc est&nbsp;<strong>excellent pour la peau<\/strong>. Les Asiatiques l&#8217;utilisent comme cr\u00e8mes anti-rides. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le produit se pr\u00e9sente sous forme d&#8217;huile pour la peau. Consommer du radis blanc ne pr\u00e9sente donc que de nombreux avantages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment le conserver <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il se conserve au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, sans le laver trois \u00e0 quatre jours, dans un sac de plastique pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019il ne s\u00e8che et ramollisse .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
