C&#8217;est \u00e9galement un plat chinois. La garniture est enroul\u00e9e dans une feuille de riz crue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au Vietnam, le <strong>rouleau de printemps<\/strong> se mange en ap\u00e9ritif ou en entr\u00e9e lors des repas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ne faut pas le confondre avec le nem, sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 aussi du Vietnam, connu en France sous le nom de rouleau imp\u00e9rial. Les rouleaux de printemps ont conquis de nombreux pays ! \u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de ces rouleaux de printemps sal\u00e9s, il y a des rouleaux de printemps sucr\u00e9s contenant de la p\u00e2te de haricot rouge. On les trouve surtout dans le nord et l&#8217;est de la Chine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>rouleau de printemps<\/strong> est garni avec des crevettes roses, et servi avec une sauce au poisson (Nuoc mam). Tout est facile \u00e0 trouver et \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. La difficult\u00e9 serait dans :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre des diff\u00e9rents ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur du rouleur,<\/li><li>l&#8217;enroulement lui-m\u00eame, qu&#8217;il soit bien serr\u00e9,<\/li><li>la feuille de riz, qui doit \u00eatre humide juste ce qu&#8217;il faut et ne pas craquer&#8230;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Je d\u00e9taille tous ces points dans le recette ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De la menthe, et encore de le menthe !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mimagusta.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/menthe.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"284\" height=\"177\" src=\"https:\/\/mimagusta.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/menthe.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3639\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette explosion de fraicheur en bouche n&#8217;a pas son pareil ! Utilisez de la menthe marocaine pour un parfum intense ! Combin\u00e9e \u00e0 la saveur aigre-douce des sauces, c&#8217;est le mariage de saveurs r\u00eav\u00e9 !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les feuilles de riz (ou galettes de riz) sont&nbsp;<strong>sans gluten<\/strong>. Composition : riz, eau et sel. Les vermicelles de riz sont aussi sans gluten avec une m\u00eame composition, sans additif et conservateur. On les trouve en magasin bio ou dans les \u00e9piceries asiatiques ou les rayons \u00ab cuisine du monde \u00bb dans les supermarch\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les&nbsp;<strong>vermicelles de riz<\/strong> ont un go\u00fbt assez neutre, on peut les ajouter facilement \u00e0 d\u2019autres plats. Rest\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;air libre, ils vont s\u00e9cher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Premi\u00e8re technique :\u00a0<strong>le film \u00e9tirable\u00a0<\/strong>: mettez votre rouleau dans le film \u00e9tirable, enroulez en essayant d\u2019enlever enti\u00e8rement l\u2019air. Cette technique est pratique mais pour du <strong>tr\u00e8s court terme<\/strong>, de plus le rouleau risque de coller au film plastique\u2026 Pas la meilleure solution mais bon \u00e7a d\u00e9panne toujours \ud83d\ude09<\/li><li>Deuxi\u00e8me technique :\u00a0<strong>le sachet plastique<\/strong>. Placez une source d\u2019humidit\u00e9 comme un petit torchon humide par exemple, placez ensuite le rouleau \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et retirez au maximum l\u2019air du sachet. Le fait de cr\u00e9er de l\u2019humidit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur va permettre \u00e0 la feuille de riz de rester bien tendre. Puis mettez le sachet au frais bien s\u00fbr.\u00a0<\/li><li>Troisi\u00e8me technique, celle qui permet une meilleure conservation est\u00a0<strong>la boit<\/strong>e. Il suffit de prendre un tupperware, d\u2019y d\u00e9poser un torchon humide dans le fond, placez ensuite une feuille de papier cuisson pour \u00e9viter le contact des rouleaux sur le torchon, placez les rouleaux dans la boite. Pour une meilleure conservation vous pouvez remettre une feuille de cuisson avec un torchon humide par dessus. Mettez au frais.
