Ces fruits sont rafra\u00eechissants et d\u00e9licieux de l&#8217;entr\u00e9e jusqu&#8217;au dessert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand nous les pr\u00e9parons, ne jetons pas leurs graines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme toutes les graines, celles du melon sont riches en sels min\u00e9raux, en vitamines du groupe B, en fibres, en prot\u00e9ines, en antioxydants et en acides gras insatur\u00e9s protecteurs de vos cellules. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment les utiliser ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En faisant un d\u00e9licieux lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal d&#8217;une part ou une boisson ferment\u00e9e, en utilisant aussi la peau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La peau des fruits et l\u00e9gumes est couverte de levures qui vont lancer une fermentation en consommant les sucres naturels et ajout\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces boissons sont saines et b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour notre microbiote. On peut citer le Kombucha, le K\u00e9fir, le T\u00e9pache, la bi\u00e8re de gingembre&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 cette liste s&#8217;ajoute la <strong>Melonade<\/strong>, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acidul\u00e9e et doucement p\u00e9tillante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9lever les p\u00e9pins et la pulpe qui les entoure. Votre boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale est pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La melonade : <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&#8217;est une boisson ferment\u00e9e de p\u00e9pins et de peaux de melon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un bocal de 1,5 L, mettre les p\u00e9pins avec leur pulpe et la peau d&#8217;un melon, 3 rondelles de citron, un petit morceau de gingembre et 50 \u00e0 120 g de sucre. C&#8217;est le moment de filtrer la pr\u00e9paration et de la mettre en bouteille. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser encore fermenter \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante quelques jours.
