Le haricot beurre, le haricot vert fin et plus gros, le haricot \u00e0 rames, le <strong>coco plat<\/strong>&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>coco plat<\/strong> appartient \u00e0 la grande famille des <strong>haricots<\/strong> <strong>verts<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans celle-ci, il fait partie de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 dite &#8220;mange-tout&#8221;. Il ne doit pas \u00eatre confondu avec le haricot coco qui fournit le haricot en grain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>coco plat<\/strong> doit \u00eatre achet\u00e9 ferme et bien vert, sans trace de jaune. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S&#8217;il est produit toute l&#8217;ann\u00e9e sous serre en Espagne, sa p\u00e9riode de consommation id\u00e9ale reste l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9. C&#8217;est \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e que l&#8217;on peut acheter et consommer le coco plat fran\u00e7ais. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je l&#8217;utilise dans cette recette car il est plus facile \u00e0 trouver que le haricot rame \u00e0 grain dodu que j&#8217;affectionne particuli\u00e8rement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&#8217;ai fait 2 cuisinais \u00e0 l&#8217;origine de cette recette il y a des d\u00e9cennies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le coco plat est une excellente alternative car il offre de la m\u00e2che<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le haricot vert classique quant \u00e0 lui est un peu d\u00e9cevant dans cette recette, sauf s&#8217;il est tr\u00e8s gros.
