Elles sont satisfaisantes car non culpabilisantes. Voyons comment&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les ingr\u00e9dients de base des energy balls :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les flocons d&#8217;avoine, que tu peux choisir garantis sans gluten, les dattes, Medjoul de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, de l&#8217;extrait de vanille, de la fleur de sel, du sirop d&#8217;agave et de la poudre d&#8217;amandes. Tu peux faire une variation sur les dattes en les rempla\u00e7ant par des abricots secs, ou faire un mix des deux. On obtient une premi\u00e8re variation&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les ingr\u00e9dients variables des energy balls :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La pur\u00e9e d&#8217;ol\u00e9agineux<\/strong>, il en existe tant ! amandes, noisettes, cajou, cacahu\u00e8te, pistache&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu choisis celle que tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res, ou qui entre plus facilement dans ton budget. Ce sont les meilleurs \u00e0 manger crus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 40 g de poudre d&#8217;amandes <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; vanille, fleur de sel, ail noir <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 100 g de pur\u00e9e d&#8217;amandes ou autre ol\u00e9agineux de ton choix <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 60 g de noix de p\u00e9can ou autre noix de ton choix. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commence par pr\u00e9mixer les flocons d&#8217;avoine, r\u00e9serve-les. Fais de m\u00eame avec les noix, r\u00e9serve-les. Coupe les dattes, r\u00e9serve-les. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la cuve d&#8217;un robot \u00e0 lame en S, mets les dattes, le sirop d&#8217;agave, la pur\u00e9e d&#8217;ol\u00e9agineux, la vanille et mixe pour avoir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoute ensuite les flocons d&#8217;avoine et la poudre d&#8217;amandes, mixe quelques tours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoute les noix de p\u00e9can et la fleur de sel, mixe pour amalgamer.
