Je les utilise dans de nombreuses recettes, notamment le d\u00e9licieux curry d&#8217;aubergines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Comme ce n&#8217;est pas la saison des aubergines, je te pr\u00e9sente aujourd&#8217;hui une recette, d\u00e9licieuse, facile et rapide : la soupe marocaine de pois chiches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est tellement facile que je n&#8217;ai pas pu m&#8217;emp\u00eacher une petite note d&#8217;humour en tournant et publiant cette vid\u00e9o ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les l\u00e9gumineuses et la sant\u00e9 <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans notre alimentation, nous n&#8217;utilisons pas assez de l\u00e9gumineuses. On devrait en consommer au moins 2 fois par semaine, plus si on est v\u00e9g\u00e9talien. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Les l\u00e9gumineuses ont de nombreux apports nutritionnels. Elles sont peu co\u00fbteuses, et se conservent tr\u00e8s longtemps. Elles sont rassasiantes. Mon m\u00e9decin m&#8217;avait conseill\u00e9 une poign\u00e9e de l\u00e9gumineuses dans le potage pour permettre \u00e0 mes enfants adolescents de rester en forme et d&#8217;\u00e9viter la fatigue&#8230;.
