{"id":4212,"date":"2022-02-26T08:35:00","date_gmt":"2022-02-26T08:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mimagusta.com\/blog\/?p=4212"},"modified":"2022-03-04T21:20:38","modified_gmt":"2022-03-04T21:20:38","slug":"pain-perdu-vegan-et-sans-gluten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mimagusta.com\/blog\/pain-perdu-vegan-et-sans-gluten\/","title":{"rendered":"Pain perdu vegan et sans gluten"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Le pain perdu !<\/strong> Ce plat de pauvre puise ses origines dans les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de l&#8217;Empire romain puis gagne ses lettres de noblesses quelques si\u00e8cles plus tard \u00e0 la table d&#8217;Henri IV. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il va se r\u00e9pandre dans le monde&#8230; Pour notre plus grande joie ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;C&#8217;est dans son trait\u00e9 De re coquinaria [Au sujet de la cuisine, ndlr] en dix volumes que l&#8217;auteur romain Marcus Gavius Apicius (approximativement -25 av JC &#8211; 37 ap JC) mentionne le pain perdu. C&#8217;est la plus ancienne trace \u00e9crite connue sur ce plat, qui ne s&#8217;appelle pas encore pain perdu sous l&#8217;Empire romain. Mais la base des ingr\u00e9dients est d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u00e0, comme l&#8217;atteste la recette de cette figure de la haute soci\u00e9t\u00e9 romaine. Du pain rassis tremp\u00e9 dans du lait et frit \u00e0 l&#8217;huile, le tout agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de miel, l&#8217;\u00e9quivalent du sucre \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9poque.&#8221; (&#8230;) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;La recette du pain perdu telle qu&#8217;on la conna\u00eet, sucr\u00e9e, appara\u00eet au 17e si\u00e8cle. Plat de pauvre \u00e0 l&#8217;origine, le pain perdu a pourtant r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se frayer un chemin vers les hautes sph\u00e8res de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise, pour atteindre m\u00eame la table du roi.
