Il a un chapeau minuscule et blanc, parfois beige, son pied tr\u00e8s long peut mesurer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 centim\u00e8tres de long. On ne le lave pas, on \u00f4te au besoin les petits d\u00e9bris avec un essuis-tout. Il faut couper la base terreuse et s\u00e9parer les champignons, sauf dans cette recette o\u00f9 il est utile de garder une base compacte pour r\u00e9aliser les beignets. La base \u00e9tant fibreuse, on l\u2019utilise pour avoir une prise pendant la recette et on la recoupe une fois la cuisson termin\u00e9e\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La recette
