Un dessert de notre enfance bien souvent ! Le r\u00e9aliser vegan, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire sans oeuf, sans cr\u00e8me et sans lait est un petit challenge en soi, le faire sans gluten en plus rel\u00e8ve de la performance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En utilisant de la farine de riz, on obtient un bloc \u00e9lastique et dur autour des fruits, sans int\u00e9r\u00eat gustatif. En mettant du lait d\u2019amande, de la cr\u00e8me v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et de la poudre d\u2019amande, on obtient une texture int\u00e9ressante et une saveur optimale ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure veut\u2026 Et le tour est jou\u00e9 ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tu pourras te r\u00e9galer de ce clafoutis en toute confiance ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tu n\u2019as pas de probl\u00e8me avec le gluten, tu remplaces simplement la farine de riz et la poudre d\u2019amande par 100 g de farine traditionnelle et tu oublies la ma\u00efzena.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
