Alors, voici une recette simple et rapide pour d\u00e9guster des aubergines ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C&#8217;est bon l&#8217;aubergine !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa texture et \u00e0 sa saveur, l\u2019aubergine est un des l\u00e9gumes les plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s des personnes qui veulent r\u00e9duire leur consommation de viande. On en fait des pur\u00e9es qui sont parfaites pour transporter. Elle est indispensable \u00e0 la ratatouille et \u00e0 la caponata, qui se consomment autant froides que chaudes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cette version d\u2019aubergine r\u00f4tie au four offre deux alternatives : <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tu peux la pr\u00e9senter sur une assiette pour \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9e chaude dans sa peau, aromatis\u00e9e de coriandre et de graines de s\u00e9same, accompagn\u00e9e de riz chaud ! <\/li><li>Fa\u00e7on Buddha bowl, en pr\u00e9levant la chair de l&#8217;aubergine pour l\u2019ajouter sur le riz chaud.
