Et ma m\u00e8re faisait tr\u00e8s attention au <strong>budget nourriture<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un des plats qu\u2019elle cuisinait \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie \u00e9tait <strong>ce plat de pomme de terre<\/strong>, <strong>au thym et au laurier<\/strong>, avec <strong>une pointe de muscade<\/strong> ! C\u2019\u00e9tait une des meilleures choses que je mangeais \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode. J\u2019ai aussi r\u00e9gal\u00e9 mes enfants avec cette cuisine, et si pour ma m\u00e8re, c\u2019\u00e9tait synonyme de fin de mois tr\u00e8s difficile, chez nous c\u2019\u00e9tait v\u00e9cu comme un festin ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout le monde se r\u00e9galait de ce simple plat de pomme de terre peu co\u00fbteux mais tellement d\u00e9licieux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choisir ses pommes de terre <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence des <strong>pomme de terre \u00e0 chair ferme<\/strong> et de taille moyenne, 120 grammes la pomme de terre.
