Caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s \u00e0 souhait, sur une p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e croustillante, les champignons donnent le meilleur d\u2019eux-m\u00eames. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette recette, j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 des champignons Pleurotes et des Cr\u00e9mini ou Portobello. Je les nettoie soigneusement avec une micro-fibre humide pour enlever les salet\u00e9s \u00e9ventuelles sur le chapeau. Inutile de les laver \u00e0 l&#8217;eau !<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les champignons, ils ont tout bon <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les champignons sont les seuls v\u00e9g\u00e9taux \u00e0 fournir de la vitamine D. Celle-ci est indispensable \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 osseuse en favorisant la fixation du calcium sur les os. Elle pr\u00e9vient les fractures ainsi que l\u2019ost\u00e9oporose. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les champignons contiennent des vitamines B2, B3 et B5. C\u2019est bon pour la croissance des cellules, le fonctionnement du cerveau, du syst\u00e8me immunitaire et pour la gestion de l\u2019\u00e9nergie. \u00c7a aide aussi \u00e0 m\u00e9taboliser les graisses et les prot\u00e9ines. La vitamine B2 (riboflavine) est excellente pour la peau (elle am\u00e9liore la qualit\u00e9 des tissus). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les champignons, c\u2019est 30 kcal aux 100 g, ils sont parfaits pour la ligne et peuvent \u00eatre consomm\u00e9s sans mod\u00e9ration ! \u00e0 condition toutefois de ne pas les noyer dans la \u00ab&nbsp;cr\u00e8me&nbsp;\u00bb, l\u2019huile ou le \u00ab&nbsp;beurre&nbsp;\u00bb lors de la cuisson. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est aussi 80 \u00e0 90 % d\u2019eau et beaucoup de fibres, ils ont un effet rassasiant et procurent un sentiment de sati\u00e9t\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe des milliers de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de champignons, dont beaucoup ont des profils nutritionnels diff\u00e9rents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Les champignons de Paris sont ceux qui contiennent le plus de potassium, 94% d&#8217;eau, tr\u00e8s faiblement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Un atout pour la ligne ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Les champignons cr\u00e9mini et portobello (les champignons bruns ou ros\u00e9s) contiennent le plus d&#8217;ergothion\u00e9ine antioxydante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Le c\u00e8pe se distingue par sa bonne teneur en potassium, qui pr\u00e9vient la formation des radicaux libres. Sa teneur en vitamine D est aussi tr\u00e8s bonne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Les pleurotes et les shiitakes sont les plus riches en fibres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Les champignons maitakes crus sont parmi les plus riches en vitamine D. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Choisis le champignon que tu aimes, et que tu as envie de manger r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Peu importe le type que tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res, ils offrent tous des avantages diff\u00e9rents tant que tu es s\u00fbr de leur provenance et de leur non-toxicit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n<div poivre, et les herbes. Poursuis la cuisson jusqu&#39;\u00e0 ce que les champignons soient tendres.
