Alors vas-y ! Mange mes cr\u00eapes, y\u2019a rien dedans ! Pas d\u2019\u0153ufs, pas d\u2019viande, pas d\u2019poisson, pas d\u2019gluten, pas d\u2019lait : cr\u00eapes sans cr\u00eapes ? Juste de la confiture \u00e9tal\u00e9e sur une assiette !! \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Des cr\u00eapes sans oeufs, sans lait animal, c\u2019est possible et c\u2019est tr\u00e8s bon. Des cr\u00eapes sans le liant que sont les oeufs ET le gluten c\u2019est un challenge ! Faites \u00e0 la farine de riz uniquement, elles sont s\u00e8ches et cassantes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis que je ne mange plus d\u2019\u0153uf, j\u2019ai abandonn\u00e9 l\u2019id\u00e9e de manger des cr\u00eapes sans gluten. Je me rabats sur les galettes de sarrasin ou les pancakes, mais c\u2019est pas pareil ! Elle est riche en nutriments essentiels : prot\u00e9ines ; acides amin\u00e9s ; magn\u00e9sium ; fer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9lange-la avec une farine sans gluten, elle donne \u00e0 tes pr\u00e9parations un go\u00fbt biscuit\u00e9. C\u2019est aussi une farine grasse, 18 g pour 100 g. Elle content bien moins de glucides que la farine de riz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u2019ai pens\u00e9 que ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s seraient interessantes dans une p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eapes !
