J<strong>e fais r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 \u00e0 feu doux<\/strong>. (Compter une dizaine de minutes&#8230;). Je r\u00e9frig\u00e8re une nuit si possible.<\/p>\n<h2>Et c&#8217;est parti !<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pour 35 \u00e0 40 macarons<\/strong>, <em>(c&#8217;est \u00e0 dire 70 \u00e0 80 coques)<\/em>, il vous &#8220;monter&#8221; l&#8217;aquafaba en neige. J&#8217;ajoute 1 cuiller \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rase de f\u00e9cule de pomme de terre. Puis on les laisse dans le <strong>four \u00e9teint porte entr&#8217;ouverte encore 15 minutes<\/strong>. <strong>Cuisson ultra douce et longue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les coques sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 \u00eatre retourn\u00e9es une fois refroidies. N&#8217;h\u00e9sayez pas de les d\u00e9coller avant !
