Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 Tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup plant milk
  • 1.5 cup corn flour
  • 1.5 cup dark chocolate chip - dairy free

Instructions

  • In a bowl, pour the two types of sugar, salt, baking soda, and mix.
  • Add the melted oil, mix.
  • Add the slightly warm milk and vanilla, mix.
  • Add flour and amalgamate the ingredients, without kneading them.
  • Add the chocolate chip, amalgamate. This should be done quickly.
  • Cover the dough and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes in the fridge.
  • Get the dough out and create cookies of approximately 30g each. Form little balls with the palm of your hands.
  • Put them on a baking tray with parchment paper, but keep spaces between each to prevent them from touching.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 360°F. Check after 13 minutes, because it bakes really quickly... The cookies should be well cooked but not brown, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside...
  • Let them cool down on the baking tray...
  • Warning! The cookies will harden while cooling! Do not wait for them to harden in the oven... They wouldn't be edible!
