In a bowl, pour the two types of sugar, salt, baking soda, and mix.
Add the melted oil, mix.
Add the slightly warm milk and vanilla, mix.
Add flour and amalgamate the ingredients, without kneading them.
Add the chocolate chip, amalgamate. This should be done quickly.
Cover the dough and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes in the fridge.
Get the dough out and create cookies of approximately 30g each. Form little balls with the palm of your hands.
Put them on a baking tray with parchment paper, but keep spaces between each to prevent them from touching.
Bake for 15 minutes at 360°F. Check after 13 minutes, because it bakes really quickly... The cookies should be well cooked but not brown, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside...
Let them cool down on the baking tray...
Warning! The cookies will harden while cooling! Do not wait for them to harden in the oven... They wouldn't be edible!
