Instructions
Crush the flaxseed as finely as possible to create flour
In a mixing bowl, add:
flaxseed flour, almond powder, salt, baing soda, mix.
Add the sesame seeds, eggs, mix.
Add water, amalgate well.
Add olive oil, mix again.
The dough should be flexible.
Pour in a mold with parchment paper.
Smoothen with a wet spatula.
Cook for 35 minutes at 390°F. Each oven being different, adapt the time of cooking with yours.
