Homemade Keto Bread

An easy to make and delicious bread! The sesame seeds are optional, you can replace them with hemp seeds.

Ingrédients

Ingredients

  • 7 eggs -possible with only 6
  • 150 g flaxseeds reduced to flour
  • 50 g sesame seeds -optional or replace with hemp seeds
  • 225 g almond powder
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 11 g sifted baking soda
  • 200 ml spring water

Ustensils

  • Blender
  • Scale
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • Mold
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  • Crush the flaxseed as finely as possible to create flour
  • In a mixing bowl, add:
  • flaxseed flour, almond powder, salt, baing soda, mix.
  • Add the sesame seeds, eggs, mix.
  • Add water, amalgate well.
  • Add olive oil, mix again.
  • The dough should be flexible.
  • Pour in a mold with parchment paper.
  • Smoothen with a wet spatula.
  • Cook for 35 minutes at 390°F. Each oven being different, adapt the time of cooking with yours.

  • The bread weights 800g after being cooked.
  • A slice weights 45g and contains 1.75g of carbohydrate
