- 200 g dark chocolate dairy free and butter free!
- 20 cl vegetable cream
- 65 g rice flour
- 85 g almond powder
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking soda
- a bit of salt
- 100 g nuts of your choice: hazelnuts, peanuts, walnuts
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil to melt the chocolate
Melt the chocolate in a water bath
During this time, whisk the vegetable cream with the sugar. Its volume should double, and it should become very foamy...
Add the melted chocolate and mix gently...
Sprinkle in the flours along with the baking soda and a pinch of salt. Mix delicately.
Add the dry roasted and salted nuts. they need to be slightly chopped...
Cover a square or rectangular mold with parchment paper. Pour in the dough and cook for 35 to 40 minutes at 360°F.
Check if it is well cooked. Get it out of the oven and let it cool down completely on a grid.
Cut the cake into small pieces to place in small paper cups.

Save them a few days in a metal box if you eat it whole!
Use white paper cups for composting. Don't forget to reduce your trash!
If you use hazelnuts, do nut put the skin, because it is bitter. To take it off, put the hazelnuts in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, and then scrub them, it basically comes off on itself!
