Ingrédients

  • 200 g dark chocolate dairy free and butter free!
  • 20 cl vegetable cream
  • 65 g rice flour
  • 85 g almond powder
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking soda
  • a bit of salt
  • 100 g nuts of your choice: hazelnuts, peanuts, walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil to melt the chocolate

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath
  • During this time, whisk the vegetable cream with the sugar. Its volume should double, and it should become very foamy...
  • Add the melted chocolate and mix gently...
  • Sprinkle in the flours along with the baking soda and a pinch of salt. Mix delicately.
  • Add the dry roasted and salted nuts. they need to be slightly chopped...
  • Cover a square or rectangular mold with parchment paper. Pour in the dough and cook for 35 to 40 minutes at 360°F.
  • Check if it is well cooked. Get it out of the oven and let it cool down completely on a grid.
  • Cut the cake into small pieces to place in small paper cups.

Hacks!

  • Save them a few days in a metal box if you eat it whole!
  • Use white paper cups for composting. Don't forget to reduce your trash!
  • If you use hazelnuts, do nut put the skin, because it is bitter. To take it off, put the hazelnuts in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, and then scrub them, it basically comes off on itself!
